Documents Required for Disbursement of Home Loans from major Banks

1.  Original sale and construction agreements to be franked or e-stamped for 0.1% of the sale consideration value and 200 RS respectively. .


2.  Original payment receipts.


3.  Bank statement showing  own contribution paid to the builder.

4. Memorandum of Deposit - MOD of 0.1% of Loan Amount towards Govt Of Karnataka through E-Stamping to be produced at the time of Disbursement(under Article 6).


5. NOC and Demand note(format attached)(from builder).

6.ECS  Get 3 copies and get the seal from respective bank.

7. One cancelled Cheque.

8.Original Cost break up(from builder)

9. Tripartite Agreement to be franked for Rs.200, and signed by builder and customer.

10.NOC from bank(from builder if builder is having project loan)

11.Signed declairation form(attached).
